Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

2. Domestic Shipping (U.S. Only)

  • Standard Shipping (5–7 business days)
    → Free on orders over $75
    → $6.95 flat rate for orders under $75

  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
    → $15 flat rate

🔔 Note: Previous mentions of free shipping on orders over $999 or on every order have been updated.
Our current offer is Free Standard Shipping on U.S. orders over $75.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
You can check your delivery status using the shipping carrier’s website.

4. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package hasn’t arrived on time, contact us at yarnell@quirkyandchic.com.
For damaged items, please save all packaging and include photos when reaching out so we can assist promptly.

5. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In original packaging

  • With all tags still attached

Return Process:
Email info@quirkyandchic.com with your order number and reason for return.
You’ll be responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
