Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

2. Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • Standard (5–7 days): Free on orders >$75; otherwise $6.95.

  • Expedited (2–3 days): Flat rate $15.

3. International Shipping

  • Available to Canada, UK, Australia, others – flat $20 shipping fee.

  • Delivery in 10–20 business days (varies by destination).

  • Customer is responsible for any customs/duties.

4. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Check its status at the carrier’s website.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package hasn’t arrived within the expected window, email  quirkyandsheek@gmail.com and we’ll open an inquiry.

  • For damage in transit, please save all packaging and photos of the damaged item, then contact us right away.
