Returns Policy

1. Return Window

We accept returns on most unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (minus shipping fees).
Note: Any previous mentions of 30-day returns are outdated. Our official return window is 14 days.

2. Eligibility

  • Items must be in original condition, with tags attached and in original packaging.

  • Final sale items, gift cards, and intimate apparel (e.g., lingerie) are non-returnable.

3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email us at info@quirkyandchic.com within 14 days of delivery.
Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Your reason for return

📦 A prepaid return label will be emailed for eligible U.S. orders only.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

5. Exchanges

Need a different size or color?
Please place a new order, then return the original item for a refund.
