Returns Policy

1. Return Window

You may return most unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (minus shipping).

2. Eligibility

  • Items must be in original condition, with tags attached and in original packaging.

  • Final-sale or intimate apparel (e.g. lingerie) cannot be returned.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email returns@quirkyandchic.com within 14 days of receipt.

  2. Include your order number and reason for return.

  3. We’ll send you a prepaid return label (U.S. orders only).

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

For a different size or color, place a new order on the Site and return your original item for a refund.
